Frantelli Testing Services Limited is an Independent Inspection Company incorporated under the laws of Nigeria, in accordance with the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, to undertake business in the areas of cargo superintendence, marine survey, commodity inspection, testing, stock management, industrial and engineering equipment inspection and allied services. The company has the DPR permit to operate as an oil industry service company.

We provide a systemic approach to supporting our customers’ Quality Assurance efforts in each of the areas of their operations. Our strength is drawn from a team of professionals who are highly trained and experienced in the industry standard methods. Our key staff experience in the industry span over thirty years. Our staff have extensive operational experience and are able to provide support and advice at every stage of the operation.

Our surveyors are composed of a strong team of experienced industry professionals who have vast experience in the Industry Regulatory Authorities.

Frantelli offers laboratory testing and certification services to support the value and marketability of the products of our customers. We have laboratory test capabilities for crude oil and petroleum products, including Gasoline (PMS), Gas oil (AGO), Dual Purpose kerosene (DPK) and Fuel Oil.
